Meanwhile, a different couple is celebrating the new year in their own way. Chris and Izzy have taken their relationship to the next level and have gotten an apartment together. However, this isn’t the only new chapter in Isabelle’s life.

I don’t normally like to do fake outs, but… hey, at least she’s getting a promotion. Now Chris, Isabelle, and Party Plant can live together as one happy threesome.

Meanwhile, the third and final couple are celebrating New Years Eve in their own way. Hikaru has completely quit on video games and has taken up some new athletic interests. Nikki has blossomed into a happy woman who is now enjoying her life more than ever.

The leader of the sorcerer world would like to meet with the group to find out what happened and to thank them for their heroism. However, the Archchancellor won’t be the only leader at the meeting…

The group gets some translating earpieces to finally speak to each other, then get invited in to meet the Archchancellor, Emila Goldsaber.

The group finds out what will become of Logan, Russell, and the NVR.

The NVR incident will be covered up by the Department of Sorcerery Concealment, however the group and the involved sorcerers will be allowed to keep their memories. With Logan disconnected, the NVR will never function again.

Brother and sister are finally reunited in real life. However, the SPF officers are rounding up everyone in the group that was involved with taking Russell down. What could they want?

Playing a video game while inside a video game? Gameception! What if the real life he thought he was in was just another game?! BWWAAMMM!!!!

Well when you put it that way, this whole story sounds pretty crazy. Next you’ll be telling me that a blue fox statue turned you into a woman.

The group finally gets to meet face to face in real life! However, there’s a bit of an issue with actually being able to talk with one another.

Even though she’s upset with Chris for not seeing through Russell’s lies at first, she is overwhelmingly relieved that he did come back for her. Meanwhile, the logout buttons have finally been re-enabled, and everyone can go home!

Farewell Mysteria! It’s time to log out for good.

Chris and Izzy are the first to wake up. The couple find themselves in the hospital surrounded by their families.

Chris and Isabelle happened to be in a hospital, but Yuzuki happened to ‘wake up’ while her artificial soul was at school. Man, how quickly enjoyment turns to embarrassment.

His tablet is destroyed, his arms are gone, and his soul has been ripped out of his body. Finally Russell has been brought down once and for all.

Logan transforms back into his true self, then creates a portal to the Source Zone to end this once and for all.

Chris finds Isabelle back in the desert where she was left, and she’s not exactly happy about being tied up, transformed, and abandoned.

Russell’s plan has completely fallen apart, and without his tablet his options are running out. If he can’t get the sorcerer body he’s always wanted, he can still kill off all the witnesses to his crimes before they are freed.

I couldn’t decide between ‘Quick! Throw a Pokeball!’ or ‘Ding Dong, the witch is dead’ as the description, so I’ll let you chuckle at whichever you find more amusing.

With Russell defeated and Logan’s control over the system restored, they can now return Logan to the Source Zone and end this once and for all. Wait… I feel like we’re forgetting something…

Russell was able to copy Isabelle’s memories, but only from the point where she first logged in to AoA. Thus, Russell wouldn’t know about Chris and Izzy’s conversation from that morning about getting their own apartment.

Apparently destroying the tablet removed “Logan’s” restrictions over controlling the game. With those gone, we can finally see what Logan is…

Meanwhile in the real world, the Sorcerer Protection Forces are piecing things together thanks to Alistair, Jessica, and Christina.

I bet none of you noticed that the person killed on page 1 used the same text color as the Dark Wizard, huh?

Apparently the NVR and AoA are less of a technological invention than Russell lead people to believe. Russell had actually created this world using the remains of Logan. Because Logan was what kept things going, Russell couldn’t remove him to stop him from disrupting the system. So, Russell turned him into AoA’s final boss and used the players to stop Logan’s plan of saving everyone. Yep, everyone has been aiding the real bad guy all along by just playing the game.
